About Steven Hazel

I’ve spent the last 10 years helping seniors and their families navigate Medicare, retirement-related decisions, and final expense planning with clarity and confidence.

I grew up in Ohio and moved to Florida in 2010, where I married my wife, a school teacher with over 20 years of experience. Working alongside educators and seniors has shaped how I approach this work — with patience, honesty, and respect for people’s time and circumstances.

Over the years, I’ve helped people both in their homes and through virtual consultations, giving me a practical understanding of real-life situations — not just textbook scenarios. My focus is never on pushing products, but on helping people understand their options and make informed decisions that actually fit their needs.

Whether someone is reviewing Medicare benefits, planning for final expenses, or simply trying to understand what resources may be available to them, my goal is the same: clear explanations, no pressure, and guidance people can trust.

I’m a real person, not a call center. I work one-on-one with seniors and families and treat every conversation the way I would if it were my own parents sitting across the table.
